With a degree in communications from the University of Douala and several training courses and certificates in creative fields, she is now the agency's General Project Manager. She leads the agency's development and creative teams and also coordinates trade operations. She is a very people-oriented manager who knows how to motivate her teams with her unwavering joie de vivre. After spending most of her career in training and consulting, Jeanne Florence decided to embark on a career in disruption. She also leads team-building activities and change management workshops.
